How to Serve a Court Order by Process Server

Instruct a Process Server to Serve a Court Order in the UK

If you want to know how to serve a court order by a Process Server, PB Process Servers UK can help you.

PB Process Servers UK has helped the legal service sector, serve Court Orders across the length and breadth of the UK, since 2002. Our Process Servers serve Court Orders throughout England and Wales. We charge an affordable fixed fee, which includes up to three visits to the same address.

Once you have issued the Order at Court, you will need to serve this on the Defendant or Respondent. One of the quickest ways to do this is to instruct a Process Server. A Process Server is a person who delivers (‘Serves’) Court proceedings.  Our Process Servers could serve the Court Order for you in as little as 2-3 working days, or same day service for more urgent matters.

Once the order is served, you will receive proof of service in the form of a Certificate of Service, Statement of Service or Affidavit, which will confirm the date, time and how and where the Court Order was served. You will then need to file this at court as your evidence of service.
